Innocent serves as the Head of Legislative Compliance at Contas (Pty) Ltd, where he leads the firm’s compliance division with a strong focus on regulatory excellence and client assurance. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Science and is currently advancing his academic journey with postgraduate studies.
In his role, Innocent oversees all legislative compliance services, including company registrations and amendments, statutory returns, and regulatory submissions with key authorities such as CIPC, SARS, and other governing bodies. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring that clients remain fully compliant with South African regulatory requirements while minimizing risk and administrative burden.
